We addressed active leaks and structural wear on this flat commercial roof in Miamisburg. Our team identified multiple failure points, including separated membrane seams, surface punctures, and deteriorated bitumen sealant that had begun to crack and peel. We focused on restoring the watertight integrity of the building by securing every vulnerable entry point identified during our assessment. We performed targeted repairs using thick roofing mastic around vent pipe penetrations and reinforced failing seams with EPDM patches and sealant applications. We also addressed punctures and secured weathered boots around HVAC conduits and electrical lines to prevent future moisture intrusion. These corrective measures reinforced the existing membrane and provided a durable, weather-tight seal across the roof surface.
