We performed a comprehensive balcony waterproofing and repair project on this Miramar residence to resolve moisture penetration issues. Our team identified failing seals and drainage gaps along the stucco walls and transition points. We cleared out debris and prepared the substrate to ensure proper adhesion for the new protective layers. We installed a durable blue synthetic underlayment as a secondary water barrier to provide a redundant layer of protection against the elements. After sealing the perimeter with specialized caulk, we applied a gray textured waterproof coating across the entire floor surface. This multi-step process effectively secured the balcony against future leaks while improving the visual finish of the exterior.
