We completed a full roof replacement on this single-story residential home in Cocoa Beach. Our crew removed the aged and damaged asphalt shingles, addressing several areas of concern including compromised pipe boot flashing, exposed roof decking, and curled shingle tabs. We prepared the roof deck by stripping the surface and inspecting the plywood sheathing for structural soundness. To provide a resilient foundation, we installed high-performance Polyglass underlayment across the entire roof plane for enhanced moisture resistance. The project was finished with the installation of Tamko Titan architectural shingles in the Rustic Slate colorway. This updated roofing system provides a durable and weather-resistant barrier, securing the property for years to come.
