We completed a comprehensive concrete floor coating for a large 60x80 shop in Montrose. The project began with thorough surface preparation using industrial grinders and dust collection systems to ensure a clean, level base for the application. We also integrated a Zurn trench drain system to handle water runoff and improve the overall facility functionality. Our team applied a light gray base topped with a decorative gray and white speckled flake finish for a durable and slip-resistant surface. We extended the coating across the main warehouse floor and into adjacent utility rooms featuring white metal panels and wood accents. The final result provided a high-gloss, seamless finish that transformed the expansive interior into a professional-grade workspace.
