We revitalized this expansive metal building by installing a professional-grade polyurea floor coating designed for maximum durability. Our process began with a thorough mechanical preparation of the existing concrete, which involved grinding the surface and meticulously repairing structural cracks and expansion joints. This preparation was essential to ensure the longevity and adhesion of the multi-layer floor system. Following the floor surface treatment, we applied a durable polyurea base coat embedded with a custom gray and basalt flake blend. The final result is a resilient, chemical-resistant finish that stands up to heavy machinery and high-traffic use. To complete the multipurpose workspace, we precision-applied painted athletic court markings, establishing a professional-quality basketball area within the industrial footprint. This floor transformation effectively bridges the gap between rugged equipment storage and high-end recreational utility.
