We completed a comprehensive concrete coating project for this home, focusing on both the garage and the outdoor patio areas. Our team began with professional-grade surface grinding and crack repair to create a smooth, level base for the new application. We applied a multi-layered epoxy flake system in a grey and white speckled finish to provide a high-performance surface that is as durable as it is clean. This installation significantly improved the functionality of the utility spaces and the longevity of the patio concrete beneath the hot tub. The final result is a consistent, slip-resistant finish that protects the concrete from moisture and heavy wear.
