We completed a comprehensive pet amenity upgrade at a multi-story apartment complex in Indianapolis. Our team transformed a hard to maintain pet common area and ground-level patios into high-functioning recreational spaces for residents and their pets. We replaced patchy, worn grass with premium artificial turf to ensure a clean, low-maintenance surface that stands up to heavy foot traffic. The project involved extensive site preparation, including grading and the installation of a compacted gravel base for proper drainage. We also installed turf for residential backyards to give pet owners the ability to have their own private yard's. The individual unit patios to provide safe, enclosed environments with easy to maintain and pass along to the residence.
