We completed a comprehensive outdoor amenity space for a multi-story apartment complex in Westerville. Our team performed site preparation and installed high-durability synthetic turf across the central courtyard to create a functional communal area for residents. The project involved grading the site and laying down a manicured turf that provides a clean, consistent surface year-round. The installation included precise concrete curbing and curved walkways to define the artificial turf zones and surrounding landscaped mulch beds. We strategically placed the synthetic grass to accommodate heavy foot traffic around the fire pit, outdoor seating, and ornamental plantings. This transformation turned a vacant site into an inviting and durable social space for the community.
