We completed a commercial roofing and structural repair project for a business in Hialeah. Our team removed the existing layers of gravel and decayed asphalt roofing from the flat roof and canopy sections. We then addressed the underlying structural damage by replacing compromised wooden subflooring and building a new pressure-treated lumber frame. For the new roofing system, we installed a durable plywood deck and applied Polyglass membrane underlayment. We also integrated metal flashing and Karnak sealants to ensure a watertight transition between the roof surface and the building’s exterior walls. This renovation restored the integrity of the entrance canopy and provided long-term protection against the elements.
