We performed a professional roof system repair and chimney flashing overhaul on this Ocean Beach residence to address recurring water intrusion. Our team carefully dismantled the DaVinci roofing around the chimney, replaced damaged structural components, and installed a new cricket to ensure proper water deflection. To provide a superior seal, we applied high-temp ice & water leak barrier with advanced synthetic underlayment and integrated new custom valley metal, along with high-grade step and counter flashing. We restored the roof aesthetic by feathering in high-performance DaVinci composite shake tiles that match the existing material. This comprehensive repair restores the building’s envelope against coastal weather while improving the long-term functionality of the roof drainage system.
