We completed a comprehensive commercial roof restoration for this facility in Fort Lauderdale. Our crew began by removing the weathered bitumen membrane and clearing all debris to prepare the substrate for a new system. We carefully navigated around rooftop HVAC units and mechanical stands to ensure a clean, level surface across the entire deck. After the tear-off, we applied a seamless layer of spray polyurethane foam insulation to improve the building's thermal performance. We finished the project by applying a high-solids silicone coating, creating a durable and white reflective surface for superior waterproofing. This multi-stage installation provides long-term UV protection and significantly enhances the roof’s energy efficiency.
