We completed a comprehensive exterior waterproofing project for this residential property in Oakville. Utilizing machine excavation, our team dug a deep trench along the foundation walls to expose the footings and address potential moisture entry points. We thoroughly cleaned the foundation surfaces and applied a heavy-duty waterproof coating to ensure a seamless seal against water infiltration. To provide secondary protection, we installed a Delta-MS dimpled drainage membrane secured with professional-grade flashing and installed new corrugated drainage piping within the trench. The base was filled with a layer of clean gravel to facilitate proper water diversion away from the structure before we carefully backfilled the soil. This multi-layered system creates a durable barrier that protects the home from hydrostatic pressure and groundwater seepage.
