We completed a full floor restoration and coating for a residential garage in Dell Rapids. Our team addressed existing surface cracks and stains on the concrete before applying a professional-grade finish across the entire space. We ensured the new coating extended seamlessly around floor drains and integrated a protective base along the lower walls. We used a gray and black speckled epoxy flake system to create a durable, slip-resistant surface that significantly brightens the interior. The application included a cove base finish, where the epoxy extends up the wall for easier cleaning and better protection against moisture. This renovation transformed a cluttered utility area into a clean, functional environment built to withstand heavy foot traffic and vehicle use.
