We addressed a persistent roof leak at this Boca Raton residence that had caused visible water staining on the interior ceilings. After performing a thorough inspection of the white concrete tile roof, we identified the failure points and removed the existing tiles to access the damaged areas. We performed necessary repairs to the plywood roof decking and structural subflooring where moisture had compromised the wood. To ensure a long-term watertight seal, we installed Boral TileSeal HT self-adhered underlayment as a high-performance secondary water barrier. We integrated new flashing around the central metal ventilation hood and reinstalled the concrete tiles across the affected slopes. This repair successfully restored the structural integrity of the roof system and protected the home’s interior from future water intrusion.
