We completed a full garage floor restoration and coating project for a residence in Atascadero. The process began with preparing the existing concrete slab, which involved repairing several large surface cracks. We then applied a multi-layer polyurea coating system across the entire main floor and the connecting entry steps. We utilized the Mount Everest finish, a light gray speckled texture that provides a clean and uniform appearance. This durable system was carefully applied around expansion joints and integrated with the garage’s stem walls to ensure full coverage. We then added a 2nd topcoat to make the floor more durable and smooth for kids hands and feet. The result is a high-performance, easy-to-clean surface that protects the underlying concrete from future wear and impact.
