We completed a comprehensive roof repair and skylight installation for this residence in Palm Beach Gardens. Our team addressed several critical areas, including the replacement of aged skylight units and the repair of the surrounding clay tile structure. We also reinforced roof valleys and updated various vent penetrations to ensure a watertight seal across the entire surface. We used terracotta S-tiles to match the existing roof profile and installed new dark-framed skylights integrated with professional-grade flashing and sealants. A white waterproof membrane was applied to the roof valleys to prevent future leaks in high-flow areas. The project also involved securing pipe boots and metal hood vents with fresh mortar to maintain the structural integrity of the clay tile system.
