We performed a complete roof replacement on this residential property and detached garage in Preston. The project involved removing old shingles, inspecting the plywood decking for structural integrity, and installing a new high-performance roofing system across the complex gambrel rooflines. We carefully managed the tear-off and installation process to ensure long-term durability for both the main residence and the accessory structure. We used architectural asphalt shingles and CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment to provide superior weather protection along with Certainteed Landmark pro shingles. The finished installation provides a cohesive, refreshed appearance while significantly increasing the home's resistance to the elements.
