We completed a structural porch renovation for this residence in Scituate, focused on upgrading the home's primary entryway supports. Our team removed the aged supports and installed new pressure-treated lumber posts to provide long-term stability for the roof overhang. We carefully aligned the new structural elements with the existing concrete landing and overhead vinyl soffit. To ensure a cohesive look, we wrapped the new columns in white trim to match the home's horizontal siding and bay window configuration. The project involved working around established landscaping to maintain the integrity of the brick walkway and manicured hedges. The final result offers a secure and refreshed front porch that enhances the property's overall curb appeal.
