We completed a comprehensive floor revitalization project at Harbor Towne Marina in Muskegon. Our team upgraded the worn, cracked ceramic tile surfaces in the public restrooms, shower stalls, and laundry facilities with a high-performance flooring system. We focused on creating a seamless surface that could withstand the high foot traffic and moisture-heavy environment of a busy marina facility. We installed a multi-colored gray epoxy flake floor to provide a durable and slip-resistant finish throughout the utility and common areas. This new surface successfully addressed the significant grout failures and structural cracks found in the original flooring. The final outcome provides the facility with a professional, uniform appearance that is significantly easier to clean and maintain.
