We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation for this residential property in Belding, focusing on restoring the weathered wood lap siding. Our team addressed significant paint failure and peeling across the main house, detached garage, and breezeway. We transitioned the home from a faded light blue to a modern, dark finish that revitalizes the entire exterior. The project involved extensive surface preparation, including pressure washing and scraping, to ensure a durable bond for the new coating. We painted the horizontal siding and applied crisp white trim to the windows, gables, and doors for a sharp contrast. The elevated wooden decks and the pool surround were also cleaned and prepped as part of this complete exterior update.
