Inspection and Crack Identification: The inspection was extended around a corner and 3-4 feet in the opposite direction following the rotted baseboards. A significant crack was discovered in the opposite parallel corner near the TV stand, extending 9 feet from the sill to the floor. Crack Repair: The crack was treated with a surface epoxy, and glue-on ports were installed. A polyurethane injection was used to fill the crack, providing a durable and long-lasting repair to prevent further water infiltration and damage.
