Customer bought the home and was fixing it before moving in. The toilet water supply line broke. Resulting in water to run throughout the entire 2nd level, going through the floor to the main level and then basement. Half of the house was damaged from the water supply line being on for an unknown amount of time. CLWM had to demo the house to the studs because the water sat for close to a month. The home took 9 days to dry.
