Convotherm Combi Oven Not Working

The oven malfunctioned, exhibiting an inability to initiate heating or engage any heating modes. A faulty door handle and deteriorated door gasket were identified as the root causes. Following the replacement of the door handle and gasket, and a subsequent control reset, the oven is now fully operational and performs all functions as designed.
