Andre was focused on the best possible solution for my dishwasher. He was excellent in evaluating the problem and recommending remedies to mitigate future problems. He was punctual, professional and experienced! Excellent! Knowledgeable! Will call for any and all future appliances repair needs!

This company accepted a job from my insurance company and didn’t show up to the job at the scheduled time. Called to ask why there was a no show and stated that they were double booked, requested a reschedule for the same day and it was confirmed by their customer service team, with another no show, called them and they stated that they didn’t have my ticket anymore. I’ve been 72hrs without AC with a child in the house most of the day in Florida weather. I hope my insurance company doesn’t give this company anymore business.
