We repaired an LG top-loading washing machine to resolve a drainage issue for a client in Clermont. The project involved diagnosing the appliance, removing the front panels to access the internal chassis, and inspecting the pump assembly. We identified a faulty drain pump and disconnected the associated hoses and wiring to prepare for a replacement. We installed a new drain pump motor assembly and secured it with the original metal spring clamps to ensure a leak-free connection. After reconnecting the corrugated rubber hoses and wiring harness, we tested the unit to verify that the drainage cycle functioned correctly. This repair restored the appliance to full working order and prevented the need for a costly full unit replacement.
