We performed a comprehensive diagnostic and repair on a Stoelting soft-serve ice cream machine at a commercial facility in Orlando. Our team investigated system errors and monitored hopper levels to restore proper cooling and dispensing functions for the frozen dessert equipment. We accessed the internal mechanical and electrical compartments to identify and resolve issues impacting the unit's performance. Paragraph 2: The project involved servicing the belt-driven pulleys, electric motors, and the refrigeration compressor unit. We also inspected the electrical control panel, testing the contactors and capacitors to ensure stable operation of the drive system and cooling coils. By refining the refrigerant lines and mechanical components, we ensured the machine maintains the precise temperatures required for high-volume food service.
