I just want to say "Thank you ARP for such a wonderful experience provided." From the start of meeting with Travis and having him come and provide a quote, to working with Valerie in scheduling, to completing the job. My project was very time sensitive since I had to make sure our roof was replaced before our homeowners insurance canceled us but even more so with trying to get it completed before the arrival of our newborn grandson who was due any day. When I addressed the urgency to Travis, he made every effort to get this project moving and had Valerie work with me on scheduling asap. The crew that came to do the job was very prompt and got the job done in a few hours. The roof looks excellent, my husband was very pleased on how detailed they cleaned up after wards and how the crew foreman made sure we were satisfied and that there were no concerns. I HIGHLY recommend ARP and give them the highest rating. They have gone above and beyond!

Our experience with ARP started off very positive and since the roof was replaced it has become challenging. The issues were trash, nails, empty bottles, roof debris left everywhere they day the roof was completed. My car’s side mirror was damaged by either the supply trailer or truck, stucco was chipped when roof was removed and thrown to the ground in various spots, a foundation vent was damaged on the front entry area to our home, ridge vents that were not installed and in fact we learned couldn’t be with solar vents were on our bill and since this is true the roof top looks very strange with about 2 ft on each side a tad taller than the long center ridge of the roof to the other end, an extra boot was charged to us, nails protruding through the soffit, shingles behind the chimney were removed not replaced until requested and we were told that’s a vanity shingle and not roof, drip edge was poorly fitted on the chimney backside and we were told the chimney cap would be replaced during the process and now told that’s a miscommunication. The proposal added an upgrade for a high profile ridge vent which wasn’t installed so the cost had to be removed and finally the well house was to be quoted for replacement and that wasn’t ever done to supplement the insurance claim. The damaged vent, stucco chip and the damage to my car are outstanding issues. I have been asked to reiterate between ARP reps various times items that need attention and this continues to be a problem. It was inferred I hadn’t raised these issues previously ; however, that’s inaccurate as I have communicated with multiple people in person, over the phone and texts. I was told the replacement foundation vent can’t be found so in an attempt to just get this sorted I offered to just have them buy and install vent covers that attach to the stucco 2 wks ago and yesterday someone new asked me for the same details on the vents that I mailed the same day Preston visited our home. I mailed it again to the new person and just got a text stating both haven’t received the information and asked that the remainder of the bill be paid less $1k. I had to raise the extra boot, the fact the qty of ridge vent they charged for wasn’t accurate which seems odd. The deductible and the ACV value have been paid at this point. Mind you 2 visits were made in an attempt to fix the vent and the 1st the vent was banged the opposite way making it bulge and the second visit he applied about 2 inches of caulking all around the damaged vent and quickly painted it before it had time to dry causing a big ugly mess. the vent covers and car scrape needs resolution and the only consistent communication they have is to ask for payment. We had been told at the onset we would Pay the deductible and when all was completed settle with a single check. That’s isn’t what has occurred.

ARP Roofing did an excellent job installing my new roof and gutters. Dennis and Faustino were both outstanding—responsive, professional, and focused on quality. Any issues were quickly addressed, and the workmanship was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Josh and his crew helped advise me and make the right call for my home. Prices were great and the entire event was painless. Amazing work from this team!
