We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Prescott Valley. The project involved removing the aged, weathered shingles and preparing the roof deck for a complete new system, including a flat roof membrane transition. We installed TopShield SG-30 synthetic underlayment followed by multi-toned grey architectural asphalt shingles. Our team also replaced all plumbing vent stacks, static vents, and pipe boot flashings to ensure a completely watertight seal. The finished installation provides long-term durability and enhanced protection residence.
