We recently completed a comprehensive repair of a critical roof valley for a homeowner in Prescott. The work involved meticulously removing damaged and displaced concrete tiles to access and clear accumulated debris from the valley flashing and underlayment. Our team then installed new underlayment and replaced the compromised wooden battens to ensure a solid foundation. Finally, we carefully reinstalled the concrete roof tiles, ensuring proper overlap and sealing to protect against future water intrusion and damage.
