We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project in Prescott, featuring a combination of architectural shingles and Fire and Ice ventilation. After stripping the existing roof to the rafters, we installed TopShield SG-30 synthetic underlayment to provide a high-performance moisture barrier. Our team focused on creating a weather-tight seal across all pitched and flat transitions. The finished roof includes multi-tonal gray asphalt shingles. We installed new plumbing vent boots and a low-profile ventilation with 1/8" fire mesh to protect the home and comply with codes. This updated roofing system provides the property with long-lasting protection and a clean, modern aesthetic.
