I had my basement floor done. I was pretty happy with the product. There were a couple areas where they had made mistakes that they came back and fixed. They had gotten spray on my stairs which is pretty upsetting and clear coat botches in the landing. The clear coats only reflect in the sunlight, my wife was more upset about that. I was more upset about the over spray on the stairs. The owner of the company tried to tell me that it was paint and that he wouldn't take responsibility for the damage. Then when I insisted that it was his paint he told me "the treads were already damaged and he wouldn't take responsibility." He offered no apology or consideration. Following up with he just needs the check.

Cleveland Concrete Coatings installed a polyurea/polyaspartic floor coating on one half of our basement floor, approximately 22’ x 22’ in addition to a basement half-bath and shower. Joe the estimator and Ben the owner were very easy to work with and their price was competitive. The crew leader Eddie was prompt, hard-working and efficient. We recommend them and we will use them again if we decide to do the other half of the basement.
