What drew me to De La Rosa Roofing was a social post of another job that closely mirrored our house and the issue we were experiencing. The expediency from my initial call to when the work was quoted and completed was refreshing and quite impressive. While time and Mother Nature will be the true test of the repair. I immediately felt comfortable and had complete trust in their judgement. It was quickly apparent to me that the crew not only had experience in which to isolate the root cause, but that they also had worked together for some time and to me …that speaks volumes. I fully plan on updating this post once we have confidence that the fix applied has taken hold and has stood the test of of the elements but for now I am a happy customer and will gladly refer them to anyone in need. POST EDIT: We have since had a major storm roll through dumping close to 3 inches of rain and it appears as the fix has taken hold indeed. If “Say what you do….Do what you say” is not something you look for and value in any business relationship…..We are not alike Very impressed customer right here Thanks

I cannot recommend Manny De La Rosa and his team at De La Rosa Roofing highly enough. Initially, I hired another roofing company, but I had to cancel with them because they were unresponsive and couldn’t provide me with a start date. As the project began, they discovered three layers of roofing material, something we couldn’t have known without starting the removal. It’s rare to see a contractor who is so involved, especially when you’re investing tens of thousands of dollars. It’s reassuring to have the person in charge available to communicate directly rather than dealing with someone who might not have the full picture. Manny’s presence provided a level of comfort and professionalism that is hard to come by in today’s market. Manny even took it a step further by using a drone to capture aerial footage of the entire process—before, during, and after. I didn’t have to ask what my roof looked like because Manny made sure to document everything and share it with me. It’s an incredible attention to detail that speaks volumes about his dedication to his craft and to his clients. I’ve been searching for a trustworthy roofing contractor for a while, and finding Manny was like finding a needle in a haystack. It’s a significant investment, and I wanted someone who truly cares. Despite seeing mixed reviews for other contractors, Manny and his team stood out from the beginning, and they exceeded every expectation. He is passionate, dedicated, and clearly takes immense pride in his work. As advertised! It was great to get to know Manny, who oversees everything. I admit I appreciate it’s a family business. I can absolutely see the craftsmanship in their work. The seams where the new roof meets the house are tight and beautiful. After the work was done (in one day) it was as if they were never here, except for the nice new roof.
