I needed to upgrade/repair my keypad for the entry gate. I sent an email to Fidelity Metalworks and was surprised how fast I received a reply from Steven. He quoted prices on the available options and followed up on our initial conversation. The tech was professional that did the fabrication and install. Very happy with the customer service and craftsmanship provided by Fidelity Metalworks. Put this company in your contact list for future reference! Thanks Mr. Steven Zantijer.

Fidelity Metalworks has set the bar high. Working with Steve and the guys who came to measure and install was a seamless process. The professionalism, high standards and quality of work are rare these days and they more than exceeded our expectations. They listened to our ideas and offered suggestions and the results are more than we could have hoped for. They built and installed stair railings and handrails for our balcony.
