Baptist Church in Peachtree Corners Shingle Roof Replacement and Coating

Our team roofed over the aged and worn-out asphalt shingles with a beautiful GAF Timberline Natural Shadow. We do not typically roof over a roof, but this bespoke ventilation required 1x2 furring baton to be added and decking to be installed over the top. Ventilation is key for longevity. This unique approach was approved by the manufacturer, GAF and an independent structural engineer. Additionally, we applied a silicone coating to the kitchen roof to provide extra protection and durability. The end result was not only visually stunning, but it also provided a long-lasting roofing solution.
