The whole crew at Georgia Roof Advisors were terrific. Everyone from the owners James and Naomi, to project manager Darrell, RJ, and repair tech Tim were helpful and really put us as the customers first. There was no pressure to leave reviews or provide a kickback in exchange for one, which seems like a rarity these days. There was a very minor hiccup involving a vent during the repair. I gave them a call in the morning, James answered, Darrell arrived within a couple of hours, fixed the issue, and let me know how they will amend their workflow so it doesn’t happen to others in the future. I certainly plan to call them again for future roofing needs.
