Resolving Leaks, Restoring Attic!

This project addressed a roof leak causing damage to the attic. We took swift action by removing damaged shingles and approximately 32-48 square feet of water-damaged OSB. We installed Ice and Watershield over the repaired decking, replaced sections of the chimney, caulked, painted, and inspected/replaced chimney flashing as needed. New gray 3-tab shingles were installed, and the project includes a 1-year warranty. Please note that shingles may not match exactly due to weathering.
