Residential Roofing Installation using GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal

We recently had the pleasure of replacing a beautiful, yet complex roof for a homeowner whose insurance covered the cost due to storm damage. During the replacement process, we noticed that the roof lacked proper ventilation, which can lead to problems down the line. So, we took it upon ourselves to upgrade the roof with two power fans to ensure the homeowner's comfort and long-term protection. We also discovered some wood damage where one of the gutters was dumping water onto the roof. But, with some additional downspouts, we were able to fix this problem and prevent it from happening again. We're proud to say that we used GAF Golden Pledge Install, meaning our work is backed by a 50-year warranty.
