Extensive Roof Repair

This stunning historical home, built in 1835, was experiencing multiple leaks causing frustration and stress for the homeowner. After seeing our recent work on our website, they called Georgia Roof Advisors for help. However, repairing an older roof can be tricky and not always successful. Despite fixing a leak 3 years prior, it was clear that it had never been fully resolved. We had to remove damaged siding, shingles, and decking to accurately assess the problem area. With our expertise and using the best practices, we were able to replace over 4 square of shingles, providing a long-lasting solution for the homeowner. While we warned them that the shingles would not match perfectly due to weathering, they were just happy to finally have the leak stopped.
