We recently worked on a 16-year-old 3-tab roof with an active leak in the bedroom due to storm damage. Upon inspection, we discovered a significant amount of storm damage and advised the homeowner to file an insurance claim. To prevent further damage, we tarped the affected area. We also represented the homeowner at the adjuster appointment, and to their delight, the insurance company covered the cost of a full roof replacement.
