Metal Coating and Skylight Protection

We completed a metal coating job using Everest Silicone Coating on the old metal roof of the Arrow Exterminators Marietta building. Instead of replacing the roof, we were able to salvage the metal and treat rusted areas. Applying fabric to screws and seams, we then coated everything with Everest silicone, extending the protection to the stucco walls. Now, the entire envelope of the building is safeguarded with a manufacturer-backed 20-year labor and material warranty. Additionally, we highlighted the skylights, usually made of fiberglass or Poly Carbonate, with safety yellow to prevent damage from foot traffic and to offer cost-effective natural lighting, reducing electricity costs for the large spaces.
