This started out with stains on our bedroom ceiling. I had contacted a painter to paint the ceiling, but wondered if the stains were coming from a leaking roof, and decided to have the roof checked before painting. I contacted G. F. Sprague and asked them to check the roof. G. F. Sprague sent Mark Vaccaro to check our roof. Mark set up an appointment within a day, checked the roof, the attic, and the stained ceiling. Mark told us that the stains were not due to a roof leak, but were due to a discoloration in the painting. He suggested we go ahead with painting the ceiling, but to appy a special coat of "Kilz" to prevent the discoloration from bleeding through the new painting job. We asked Mark how much we owed him for the roof inspection, and he said we don't owe him anything. The roof inspection was a free service of G. F. Sprague, which is provided at no charge. I appreciated Mark's professionalism in inspecting our roof, and his honesty un telling us the truth, that the roof was not the cause of the ceiling stains.

This was far and away the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Communication was excellent, work was done well, and we and our home were treated with respect.

Overall a great experience. The crew that did the work was amazing. Such a hard working talented team. The project managers were incredibly responsive when a few issues developed. They were professional and resolved my concerns promptly with complete satisfaction. Always had the impression GF Sprague was high priced. I was totally incorrect. Very fair and competitive pricing. I highly recommend you use them if you want the job done properly, without worry and in a timely manner.

We very clearly asked Travis twice to stay out of my garden. We’ve put hundreds of dollars into it and dozens of hours. I watched an employee (Juan Rojas) clearly disregard those instructions by walking through it yanking a cord through it, ripping off several parts of a hydrangea we’ve been cultivating for close to three years. They barely acknowledged they did it after the fact, which was probably the most disappointing part. I will not be recommending them or using them again.
