We Have had the pleasure of Gnosys install all our new Systems at our new office. They have exceptional install techniques. Very detailed oriented right down to making sure every screw matched on our system. Their response time is quick and efficient when we submit a request for help ticket or call on the phone, they make us feel confident in our security in todays every changing, world of cybercrime issues.

Great group of people that are very knowledgeable about their craft and genuinely want to help. They helped us navigate remote working, software issues, and other small business growth difficulties over the years. Hands down, great company to work with.

Gnosys Networks has been our managed service provider for more than ten years. As our "IT Guys" (and gals!) they have been consistently quick to respond to issues from our staff and faculty. They are committed to getting us up and running as soon as possible. If something can't be fixed remotely, they're often on site the same day. Our server was recently damaged during a lightning storm and Gnosys worked all weekend to have our admin office back up and running on Monday. We are glad to have them as our IT company and would heartily recommend them!

We are happy to provide this review for Gnosys. When our former IT company closed down unexpectedly without warning or notice, Gnosys came through for us in that emergency! Jim Houston and his team immediately responded and offered to help, even though they were not familiar with our current set up at the time. They immediately secured our system, did a full back up of our data and helped us brainstorm solutions. They researched issues when needed and provided responsive customer service throughout. We are thankful for their services and support.
