I hired Victor and Orlando Pergolas to help design and install a custom pergola to fit a unique corner area of my home. From the moment I began talking with them, there was a marked difference from some of the other companies that I was also getting quotes from. Victor and his team were very responsive and thorough with their bid and extremely competitive. I never felt like he was trying to drive up costs, and in fact he found several areas to help reduce costs for me in the design process. Through the project’s build, they stayed on the job daily, showing up early and keeping a very clean site. I have dealt with other contractors that bounce around to multiple jobs, but this was not the case with Orlando Pergolas. After the project was complete, he offered to come back out after I was able to purchase the chair swing and install it for me at no additional cost. I truely felt like they went out of their way to give the best customer service possible. I only wish other small business contractors had the same attention and care that Victor and Orlando Pergolas have.
