I recently had my 2500 sq ft roof shingles replaced by Peak 2 Peak Services LLC, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I had already purchased shingles that were intended for another roofing company who unfortunately couldn't meet my insurance and warranty requirements. While I received competitive quotes from other companies, Peak to Peak stood out. They took the time to understand my specific needs and offer valuable enhancements. For example, given my roof's pitch, they consulted with the shingle manufacturer to determine the best underlayment type and configuration. The work itself was impressive. They started promptly at dawn and worked diligently until dusk finishing the job. I was particularly pleased with how they handled an unexpected issue with the roof decking boards, especially around the chimney. Sales Manager Baylee was very responsive, quickly securing the necessary extra boards to keep the project moving smoothly. What truly exceeded my expectations was their proactive approach to a potential issue. My home had a new addition with a second roof built over the original, creating a noticeable pitch difference a few feet below the peak. The new roof was built to extend over a new front porch. The Peak 2 Peak team recognized the pitch transition as a potential future problem and, on their own initiative, used available roofing materials to soften the transition. This unexpected attention to detail significantly improved the overall look of the roof. As with any project, there can be minor hiccups. In this case, a small flashing issue was overlooked. However, Peak to Peak demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction by promptly addressing the issue at no additional cost, even after the project was completed. I highly recommend Peak to Peak Services LLC. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a top choice for any roofing project.

Baylee was very easy to work with, he was on time, helped answer any questions I had, and had the job completed in a very timely manner!

Had Baylee from peak 2 peak come out for an estimate on a leaky roof and gutter cleaning job. Was very polite and well rounded in his job. Got me the prices and work done in proper time! Nothing but good things to say about this group.

These guys were great. They came out right away when other contractors were too busy. A tree fell on our roof. Baylee and his crew did a great job and were able to complete it promptly and well. Raquel made working with our insurance company very easy and had excellent knowledge and skill with this claim. I recommend them highly.

I had a leak in the flashing around my chimney. P2P quickly diagnosed the problem, provided multiple pictures, and fully described what needed to be done. They were personable, timely, and most importantly, professional. After they finished, I was provided with multiple pictures of their work and a detailed explanation of what they did. In my opinion, P2P is an excellent choice for anyone in need of roofing work.
