Andre and his team were thorough, efficient, and worked hard on our home. They helped to waterproof the outside of the house as well as address mold/water issues in our basement. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for water remediation services. They were excellent to work with and professional.

I am beyond impressed by this company. I had water in my basement and the first day of home ownership and Andre & all the employees were professional, responsible & kind during a stressful time. I had French drains and a sump/back up sump installed as part of my waterproofing package following water through my basement wall & floor. Andre patiently walked me through the entire process making sure to provide educational resources and an easy to follow plan. The quality of work was high, prices fair & customer service responsive every step along the way. I was particularly impressed by their work efficiency & careful efforts to keep the worksite/my property clean & safe. I live in a neighborhood where houses are extremely close to one another and I do not have a driveway. The team confidently worked within these confines with ease and were even accommodating to neighbors who had to walk or drive by my property. I would absolutely recommend this business for waterproofing needs!

I hired pure service pro to install a French drain and a discharge water system. The estimate was thorough and detailed. The crew completed the entire scope of work in one day and left the job site clean. I hired pure service pro a second time to complete an exterior waterproofing job. The crew was timely, communicated with me the whole time and did a great job. I would recommend pure service pro in the future.
