Bob & his crew did an amazing job in our triplex on Treasure Island . They are professional, punctual and surpassed our expectations . Their prices are competitive and fair. They go above and beyond . You will not be disappointed.

After Helene they came in and did an amazing job! The employees were hard-working, showed up on time, and respectful, they got me on the right track to get my house put back together after the devastating hurricane. I cannot be more thankful and happy with the job they did. I highly recommend them!

If you are considering hiring a mold remediation company, you should 100% call them… right now. I was very nervous about hiring a mold remediation company in the aftermath of hurricane Helene. I waited longer than I should have because I didn’t think that my house had much damage, but I did get water damage inside the house and realized that there was clearly mold growing underneath a floor that had been flooded. I found Quality Remediation through a Google search and was nervous because I know that there are a lot of disreputable companies taking advantage of people in need right now after the hurricane. I could not have been happier with the level of professionalism and customer service that I received from Quality and Dave Szyszka, in particular. I sent an online inquiry to the company in the afternoon on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. I received a call within hours (!) to set up appointment for the very same day!! They also called and gave me a 30 minute heads up, so I could finish my errands and meet Dave at my house. From the first, it was clear that Dave was a friendly, professional, straight-shooter. We talked through the concerns I had and he looked over the property thoughtfully. He answered my very many questions and, in spite of the lateness of the day, he was gracious, honest, and so helpful. It turns out my concerns were overblown (when you have kids and pets, you worry!) and, in the end, after considering his very honest advice and insight, it turns out I don’t require professional mold remediation. Whew! But I am so very grateful for the peace of mind he has given me and for the level of professionalism that still exists!! Thanks so much to the entire staff for their quick and honest service!!!
