Brent and Robin are awesome! We needed a TPO roof for our office. I called other roofers that just gave me random estimates. Brent came out and did a thorough inspection and dang near gave me blueprints. Didn't go a penny over which to me was unheard of. They even told me how to qualify for savings on my coverage. We have a barrier island Condo that has been in need of a new roof for years. Its fair to say that Board members will likely go through a roof replacement once in a lifetime, and given the expense and stress, it can be a difficult time at best. It is therefore vital that the company selected can anticipate and address board and owner concerns throughout the replacement process. This includes but is not limited to providing a fair and detailed analysis of the work to be done, and to meet with owners and the board periodically to provide updates, pictures, and any other specific details. Robin and her team were always available to answer questions, and address and fix any and all issues that will arise on a job of this nature. The crew strived to make the process as easy and safe as possible for the owners during the new construction. Robins team was neat and efficient and her foreman knowledgeable, helpful and willing to address on the spot questions as needed. At the conclusion of the work SRSI made a number of trips to the Condo to tweak any remaining issues as needed, promptly and thoroughly. During the replacement process, they fully complied with the many town inspections required, and in all cases met or exceeded standards. Their closeout package included a wind mitigation report and other key items for insurance. Many of our owners have received unit insurance reductions as a result. Our owners now have storm protection with a state of the art roof complete with a secondary water barrier, and hurricane strapping all designed to withstand hurricane winds. In all, given our first and likely last roof replacement, I cannot imagine a better outcome for our Condo owners. Robin signs her correspondence "With Honor and Respect." I truly believe that SRSI lives up to that commitment as a rule in day to day procedures and customer relations.
