This project began as a call to evaluate window issues, but after an in-depth on-site consultation, we worked with the homeowner to develop a plan for a full exterior home makeover. The transformation included new CertainTeed Dutch Lap vinyl siding, upgraded energy-efficient windows, new gutter installation, and a custom exterior door to dramatically improve curb appeal and performance. While on site, our team identified structural issues with the rear deck and went beyond surface repairs to properly secure and reinforce the deck, providing the homeowner with added safety and peace of mind. In the spring, this project will be completed with the installation of a new front porch, fully finishing the home’s exterior transformation.
