I had Sensible do a couple of small storm door replacements that were done very well. Last year. After the holidays, my skylight sprung a leak. Will came over promptly and confirmed that the 30 year old skylight needed to be replaced. He also did a compressive inspection of the roof and found that the front roof had some serious issues. He scheduled the skylight replacement and worked with unpredictable weather to get it replaced. Then worked to schedule to roof replacement promptly. Everything went very smoothly and as he suspected the roof had multiple issues including failed chimney flashing, a hole in the roofing deck and questionable finish work on the adjoining roof. The new front roof was repaired and replaced quickly and the crew was clean and didn’t leave a mess! I am so glad Sensible came to the rescue and fix all the roof issues without an over blown estimate. On time, done right, efficient, no surprises on the invoice! This is a truly great progressional company!

I got 3 quotes for my roof and I’m so glad I went with Sensible Home Roofing. Will is the real deal. Fair pricing, and quality work, he’s experienced and he’s a straight shooter. I didn’t like the sales pitch attitude that other companies gave me. Will with Sensible Roofing cuts to the chase and didn’t try to up-sell me on anything unnecessary. He did my barn, he’s currently helping me with leaks, and I will definitely keep using him when the time comes to replace my main house. Thank Will!

We were very impressed with the quality of work, attention to detail, speed and efficiency. The professionalism of the owners and crew were also top shelf. My husband was also impressed with the responsiveness he received from the owners when it came to scheduling us in sooner due to a leaking roof. We would highly recommend Sensible Home Roofing. I spoke to numerous roofing companies before deciding on one for the work. Sensible Home Rooming was highly competitive, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. They proposed a great roofing system for a great price. Their crew was equally as good; Very professional and competent. Management was on site and involved during the whole process to make sure it was done right. I’m very happy with them and my new roof!
