This project included a complete roof replacement, skylight installation, and new gutter system to improve performance, energy efficiency, and curb appeal. The home was upgraded with a GAF Timberline® HDZ™ architectural shingle system in Pewter Gray, delivering long-term durability and a clean, modern finish. Two outdated skylights were replaced with new VELUX skylights featuring solar-powered shades, providing natural light with enhanced comfort and energy control. The project was completed with complementary gutter installation as part of our seasonal gutter promotion, finishing off a fully integrated exterior upgrade.
